    The hospitality industry faces numerous challenges that impact operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This study focuses on identifying the key challenges faced by hotels, including workforce management issues, technological advancements, shifting customer expectations, and external pressures such as economic instability and sustainability requirements. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research involves interviews with hotel managers and analysis of industry performance data to understand these challenges comprehensively. It also proposes practical solutions, such as adopting advanced technologies, implementing targeted staff training, and integrating sustainable practices. The findings aim to provide actionable strategies to enhance hotel operations, improve service delivery, and ensure resilience in a competitive market. This study contributes to the hospitality industry by offering insights to address its evolving challenges effectively.
